Before we take a plunge in the Education System, Ask these Four questions to yourself:
1. Why do you want to be educated?
2. Is this Education System apt OR it was imposed on us?
3. Whatever is taught to us, Do we actually need in real Life?
4. Which Stream you will choose? Who decides this?
The youth in India start searching for a job the moment they complete graduation or in the last semester of post-graduation. Till then, the fee for the institution, private tuitions, belongings, basic needs, everything is fulfilled by the parents.
After completing the graduation, if the youngster is asked to fill the form for bank or any other entrance exam, he/she will be hesitant. The young adults harbor the fear of failure because until graduation they are conditioned in the comfort zone.
Satya Nadella, Kalpana Chawla, Indira Nooyi and Amritya Sen… We are proud of them because they are of Indian-Origin. Could they have performed in the similar fashion had they been in India? No. They have outperformed because they went abroad and worked for their passion. Had they been in India, following our Pre-historic System, they would have never reached to this glorifying point. Why there is a Gap??
