Mo Sarkar & Govt’s 5T Initiatives

Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik inaugurated its much-discussed “Mo Sarkar’ initiative today (Gandhi Jayanti) to ensure 5T model of governance in all police stations and district headquarters hospitals in the first phase.

Subsequently, all the departments will execute the ‘Mo Sarkar’ initiative by March 5, 2020. Notably, the State Government is implementing the 5T model governance

  4. Time leading &
  5. Transformation.

Under ‘Mo Sarkar’ initiative, the Chief Minister and other Ministers would dial common citizens to seek their feedback on the kind of response they got during their visits to police stations and district headquarters hospitals. To encourage police personnel and doctors and other medical staffs to provide good governance to people, the Government, meanwhile, has announced to provide early promotions to performers.

As CM Naveen Patnaik rolled out #Mo Sarkar, as part of the government’s 5T initiatives, the man in focus is his private secretary V Karthikeyan Pandian. From conceptualising 5T & Mo Sarkar to streamlining the services delivery mechanism.

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik announced a new initiative ‘Mo Sarkar’ on Oct 2nd today. Chief Minister said that the new initiative will be implemented in all police stations and district headquarters hospitals from Gandhi Jayanti this year under the first phase.

Patnaik said, “I am your chief minister. I will call you directly and inquire about the response given by hospitals, police stations and government offices.”

He also announced that the villagers would be provided with an electricity connection within 48 hours of submitting the application to the respective Panchayat offices.
